Those are the partner of that company.

Scott Rosen obtained his LLB degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, Toronto. He is a member of Law Society of Upper Canada and he is also member of the Canadian Bar Association. He has extensive experience in mediation and arbitration. He has also experienced in conducted numerous trials, applications, injunction motions and appeals. He has Appeared at all levels of Ontario courts and the Federal Court of Canada.He is a frequent speaker on commercial litigation and franchise disputes. He has expertise in Commercial Litigation, Real Estate, Leasing & Mortgage Remedies,  Employment Litigation, Construction Litigation, Franchise Litigation, Bankruptcy & Insolvency, Professional Negligence Litigation.

Bryan Fromstein obtained his LL.B dgree from Queen’s University, Kingston in 2004. He is also a member of the law Society of Upper Canada and a member of the Advocates' Society. He practices in the areas of commercial litigation and employment law. He has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario. He has worked on many cases but here we will discussed his some special cases, which are:-- Streamline Foods Ltd v. Jantz Canada Corporation -  in this case, he acted for the Defendant in successfully resisting a motion to add a new Plaintiff to the action after the expiry of the limitation period.  This case was upheld on appeal.The second case was  F.D.M. Contracting v. FTD Construction Inc. – in this case, successfully defended a motion for summary judgment.The third case was Heger v. Varajao - in this case, he acted for Defendants on a complex motion involving the parol evidence rule, the Statute of Frauds, and part performance.And the last case which we are discussing  here, it was between  Bank of Nova Scotia and Buonissimo Gourmet Specialties Inc. – in this case, successful garnishment application to have funds which were garnished by a bank returned to the applicants.
